Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using any mobile applications or web tools (“Services”) operated by Tarkarn (“Company ”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

By accessing or using Our Services, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, You may not access the Services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any of Our mobile applications from the Google Play Store, or by accessing Our web tools through a web browser, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If You are using the Services on behalf of an organization, You represent and warrant that You have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Tarkarn provides the following Services:

  • Mobile Applications: Android applications published on the Google Play Store, including but not limited to CPT, SPT, SPTAI, Earthquake, WIT, TMETro, WWM, Where We Go, Suhwa, QRScan, GBS, Exchange Rate, FakeCall, and Arcadia.
  • Web Tools: Free online tools accessible through web browsers at tools.tarkarn.com and related subdomains (calc.tarkarn.com, images.tarkarn.com, pdf.tarkarn.com), including text utilities, calculators, image tools, and PDF tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security of, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services.
  • Use the Services to transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services.
  • Use automated systems, including bots, crawlers, or scrapers, to access the Services without Our express written permission.
  • Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the design and arrangement thereof), are owned by Tarkarn and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on Our Services without Our prior written consent.

5. Advertisements

Some of Our mobile applications and web tools contain advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob and Google AdSense. These advertisements help support the continued development and improvement of Our free Services.

By using Our Services, You acknowledge and agree that advertisements may be displayed during Your use of the applications and web tools.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TARKARN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Google Play Store: Distribution platform for Our mobile applications.
  • Firebase: Analytics, crash reporting, and push notification services.
  • Google AdMob / AdSense: Advertising services within Our mobile applications and web tools.
  • Google Cloud Platform: Cloud services including translation and vision APIs.

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at Our sole discretion. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect, such as by posting the updated Terms on this page.

By continuing to access or use Our Services after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If You do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
